He is an IT Support Engineer currently with Solvere One (since August 2023), where he’s grown from service desk into a dedicated onboarding/offboarding role. He started in first-level support handling phones and tickets and now manages new user setups end-to-end—creating and disabling accounts, configuring and imaging devices, shipping equipment, wiping devices during offboarding, and maintaining inventory for new clients. He also creates and maintains onboarding/offboarding documentation. Technically, he’s strongest in M365 administration (global admin access, user creation, groups, licensing, MFA), Intune/MDM device setup, AD and Entra ID, basic GPO modifications, and Windows Server troubleshooting related to AD accounts.
