IT Support Specialist with a Bachelor’s degree and a strong technical foundation supported by certifications including Security+, Cisco Networking Academy, and TryHackMe. Since 2021, he has been with a national IT services firm, where he provides both onsite and remote support across enterprise clients in retail, construction, government, and corporate environments.
