MSP IT Manager Leading Small Team With Strong Entra ID, MDM, and Meraki/Ubiquiti Experience

IT manager with about seven years at his current MSP (Public-Sector-October 2018–present), where he splits time between onsite and remote support while acting as the de facto IT manager for an anchor client. He leads a small team, oversees policy and escalation workflows, and manages day-to-day operations for roughly 40–45 users, including tenant governance in Microsoft 365/Entra ID, daily AD/Entra administration, MDM policy application, and routine GPO changes.
