PROFILE: Straight Project Manager, though he could easily transition to internal ops management or account management. Surface-level technical knowledge - heavy technical conversations he runs through with engineers, can handle broad conceptual conversations/requirement gatherings independently. He averaged 15 concurrent projects at any given time, each with 4-6 engineers doing the implementations. He can do technical presentations with client-side C-levels, roadmap solutions, help land new clients in a presales capacity. He works in tandem with the service desk/NOC during the initial support phase after implementation, has his hands in every aspect of his projects - sales presentations, onboarding, roadmapping/planning, budgetary review and requirement gathering, implementation, post project moves/adds/changes, and hands off POC duties to AM after initial support phase.
