MSP Service Delivery Manager

He is a senior IT leader with 20+ years of experience and a proven track record of building, scaling, and leading high-performing MSP organizations. As Director of Managed Services, he ran a 100+ client practice, growing the team from 1 person to 20 direct reports (plus 5–8 indirect), implementing ITIL-based processes, creating service catalogs, maturing operations, driving customer satisfaction, and standing up a 24/7/365 support model. He is deeply experienced across service delivery, IT operations, cloud services, cybersecurity programs, vendor management, project rollouts, and technical team leadership, and he personally led key offerings such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Premier Support programs, CSP licensing structures, and new managed service lines. With hands-on roots in support, architecture, and project consulting, he brings a rare blend of technical depth, business strategy, people leadership, and customer-facing excellence. Following the company’s strategic exit from traditional MSP services, he is now seeking an opportunity in IT leadership, service delivery management, Managed Services practice leadership, or IT operations.
