He has been in the MSP industry since September of 2022 and spent 3.5 years at his most recent MSP / MSSP. He worked with ConnectWise Manage/Automate, Ninja, and ITGlue to close 10-20 tickets per day while spending a third of his time onsite and another third on project work.
