Aidan is an Escalations Engineer / Systems Engineer with MSP experience since 2023, where he quickly earned a promotion and now operates as a high-level technical resource supporting both projects and escalations. He is strongest in endpoint management, M365, identity, and client infrastructure improvement, while also handling L3 escalations across a broad client base. His recent work has focused heavily on infrastructure projects including Intune/MDM deployments, Autopilot, security initiatives, email protection solutions, and client environment improvements. He has hands-on experience with M365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and integrations, along with setting up Intune from scratch and ongoing device management. He also brings Azure strength backed by multiple certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-700), with experience creating Azure VMs, basic vNets, provisioning systems, and identity access management. On the networking side, he has worked with SonicWall, Meraki, and general firewall troubleshooting. Personality-wise, he comes across polished, professional, and easy to connect with. He is currently seeking a more project-focused role where he can build long-term value for clients rather than staying stuck in reactive escalations. Based in Washington, DC, he prefers hybrid (2–3 days onsite) but is open to remote for the right fit, targeting $100K+.
