System Administrator who has been in the MSP industry since March 2022, spending the last two and a half years at his most recent MSP. Day to day he works with Windows Server 2008 through 2019, Active Directory administration, and Microsoft 365 as a global admin, regularly closing 8 to 10 tickets using ConnectWise Manage, Automate, and Control. He supports VMware and Hyper-V environments, handles Azure Entra ID and Intune administration, and has experience creating and modifying GPOs.

He also has hands-on networking exposure with Meraki equipment as well as some SonicWALL, along with light project work such as server configurations and migrations. He is very friendly and polite with just the right amount of “nerdy,” making him well-suited for onsite and client-facing roles
