Mariama most recently worked as a System Administrator at the MSP Intrinsic Technology Group, where she supported multiple client environments and served as the primary technical contact for approximately seven clients. In this role she provided Tier 1–2 support while also assisting with backend systems administration, including managing backups, performing proactive maintenance through automation, documenting infrastructure, and participating in infrastructure projects. She administered Microsoft 365 with global admin permissions, handled user provisioning and access control, and supported Windows Server environments by managing users, groups, and Group Policy deployments while also maintaining server patching and system reliability. She also holds an Associate’s degree in Network Administration and Security and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, giving her both strong technical training and real-world MSP systems administration experience.
