Team Lead with 10+ yrs MSP exp and a great personality

Consultative Systems Engineer and Team Lead with over a decade of MSP experience (2013–present) across four MSPs. He’s highly technical and client-facing, managing a team of five while remaining 50% hands-on. His day-to-day includes project implementation, complex server builds, network architecture, SOP creation, and escalation support. He regularly handles VMware/Hyper-V clustering, Azure VM builds, AVD/RDS deployments (via Nerdio), and M365 migrations (60+). He’s also active in ERP management, pen testing, and backup/DR solutions using Veeam and Azure replication.

He leads client onboarding, kick-off calls, and proposals/SOW creation. He configures and deploys firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, Meraki, Palo Alto), networking gear, VPNs/VLANs, and manages Intune, Entra, and GPO configurations. He currently supports 40 clients and 1,500 users at a small MSP and is seeking growth. Though mainly remote, he enjoys onsite work for meetings, QBRs, and assessments. Calm and knowledgeable, he’s targeting $96K–$110K and is open to all work setups.
