Monica has three years of MSP experience and currently serves as a TAM/vCIO at Omega Systems, where she has been since April 2024. In her current role, she manages enterprise accounts across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, energy, and finance, with over $10 million in annual MRR under her care. She conducts regular business and strategic planning reviews with clients, aligns IT strategy with business goals, and provides technical recommendations that increase efficiency and reduce risk. Monica plays a key role in upselling and expanding existing accounts, having successfully grown MRR from $178k to over $500k. She is heavily client-facing, fosters strong C-level relationships, and ensures retention and satisfaction through strategic engagement and technical leadership.
Previously, Monica held similar TAM/vCIO roles at S7 Tech (acquired by Thrive) and Abacus Group, both MSP/MSSP environments. She has also worked as a Global Customer Success Manager at Prove, where she managed a $70M portfolio of Fortune 500 clients and led strategic digital identity projects. Her early career includes roles in the financial industry at Bloomberg, BBVA Securities, and Fator Securities, giving her a solid foundation in operations, analytics, and technical integration.
Monica holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John’s University and graduated magna cum laude. She is multilingual (English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese) and has deep experience with PSA and RMM tools including ConnectWise, Kaseya, AutoTask, and IT Glue. Her technical acumen is supported by advanced knowledge of Excel, ServiceNow, Salesforce, scripting tools, and ETL processes, which she leverages to deliver exceptional client outcomes and drive organizational growth.
