Edward is a Systems Engineer II currently with VC3, where he has been supporting MSP clients since August 2022 following the acquisition of his previous company, FPA Technology Services. He brings roughly eight years of IT experience with the majority of it in MSP environments supporting municipal clients across the U.S. In his current role he handles escalated infrastructure issues across approximately 50 client environments, troubleshooting complex server, networking, and cloud-related problems that Tier 1 teams cannot resolve. Edward works heavily with Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Azure environments while maintaining strong client-facing service delivery. He averages 10–15 tickets per day focused primarily on escalations involving server performance, networking issues, and cloud platform troubleshooting.

Technically, Edward has solid hands-on experience with virtualization technologies including VMware and Hyper-V, server deployment and administration, Azure VM management, and Intune device management. He also works with RMM and ticketing platforms such as ConnectWise, ConnectWise Automate, ScreenConnect, and Kaseya VSA. His networking exposure includes supporting environments using SonicWall, Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, and WatchGuard firewalls along with VPN and infrastructure troubleshooting. Edward also utilizes PowerShell for deployment scripts, Exchange administration tasks, and auditing processes. He holds an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from the California Institute of Arts and Technology and is Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
