vCIO – Process Improve and Optimization

Abhi is a Service Delivery Manager / vCIO-level leader with deep MSP experience dating back to 2008, currently with Solarus Technologies and previously spending 6 years with Advanced Cloud Partners. He brings a rare mix of leadership, strategy, and operational excellence, having evolved from hands-on technical roles into a fully consultative, business-focused leader. Today, he manages a team of ~30 across support, engineering, and dispatch, acting as the escalation point while focusing heavily on coaching, performance management, KPI/SLA tracking, and running EOS (including weekly L10s). While he no longer owns tickets, he stays close enough to the technical side to guide teams and step in when needed. His true strength lies in driving process improvement, automation, and optimization, helping both internal teams and clients operate more efficiently. Prior to his current role, he was operating in a more strategic vCIO capacity—leading QBRs, advising clients, building SOWs/proposals, and identifying ways for clients to better invest in technology, streamline operations, and move away from reactive support models. He has also been heavily involved in AI adoption and automation initiatives, positioning MSPs to evolve beyond traditional service delivery. He knows the MSP space extremely well (including time with MindSHIFT/Ricoh) and understands how to balance service delivery with long-term client value. Personality-wise, he stands out immediately—extremely sharp, articulate, and consultative, asking thoughtful questions and clearly operating at a high level. He will be selective in his next move, looking for a role with a clear path where he can make a real impact.
