Consultative Engineer/ Disaster Recovery SME

Bradley is a Consultative Cloud Engineer and Disaster Recovery SME with MSP experience since 2019, currently at ivision where he has earned four promotions since 2022—clearly a top performer and someone the company has consistently invested in. He operates as one of the highest-level escalation engineers, specializing in disaster recovery, backup solutions, and cloud infrastructure, while also playing a key role in Azure projects and client-facing consulting. His technical strength is heavily centered around Azure (VMs, virtual networking, site recovery, backups, resource group builds, migrations), along with deep expertise in VMware environments including SRM, vCenter, ESXi upgrades, failover processes, and VMware Cloud Director, which he has built and configured from the ground up.

He also brings strong experience with enterprise storage solutions such as NetApp, Pure Storage, and S3/cloud storage. In addition to his technical work, he is highly consultative—leading kickoff calls, performing network assessments, contributing to SOWs, and advising clients on the best path forward, making him more than just a backend engineer. He regularly handles L4 escalations, mentors junior engineers, and works across both on-prem and cloud environments.
