Cam is a Systems Engineer / Senior Escalations Engineer with MSP experience currently at Enable Resource Group since 2023, where he has already earned a promotion and become the top escalation point for the service desk. Day-to-day, he handles L3 escalations, pushes projects to completion, resolves critical issues such as server and network outages, and helps roadmap future improvements for client environments. Technically, he brings strong experience across M365, Azure, and Entra in both hybrid and fully cloud environments, including migrations from on-prem Active Directory to cloud-based management, SharePoint migrations, conditional access, and tenant administration. He also has hands-on experience managing Windows and Synology servers, Hyper-V environments, and on-prem to cloud migrations, with additional exposure to VMware and Proxmox. On the networking side, he has configured firewalls independently, worked with Meraki and SonicWall environments, and has experience with routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless infrastructure. He is also very comfortable with PowerShell and has used it extensively for automation and M365/Azure administration.
Personality-wise, he comes across personable, professional, and easygoing while still clearly knowing his craft. He is currently exploring the market because he thrives in growth-oriented environments and is ready for a bigger challenge. Based in Waller, TX, he prefers hybrid or remote opportunities but is open to onsite for the right compensation.
