Thank you for taking the time to complete our video interview. We value transparency and want you to understand how your recorded responses will be used and protected. Please review the information below before submitting your video interview.

Recording Notice

This interview includes a recorded video component. By continuing, you acknowledge that your responses (including your image and voice) will be recorded and submitted for review.

Purpose of Collection

Your video responses and any associated transcript or written responses are collected solely for recruiting and hiring-related purposes, including evaluating your qualifications, and technical reasoning as they relate to potential opportunities.

Who Can Access Your Responses

Your recorded interview may be viewed only by individuals involved in the recruiting and hiring process, which may include our internal recruiting team and relevant hiring decision-makers. We do not sell or rent candidate video data.

Platform & Service Provider

We use Hireflix to host and facilitate recorded video interviews. Hireflix processes and stores your recorded interview on our behalf as a service provider. Your interview is accessed and used under our direction for the purposes described above.

Data Retention

We retain recorded interviews for a limited period consistent with our recruiting and recordkeeping practices. In general, recordings may be retained to support hiring decisions, maintain a record of the selection process, and consider candidates for future opportunities. If you would like your recording deleted sooner, you may request deletion at any time using the contact information below.

Your Choices & Rights

Participation in a recorded interview is voluntary. If you prefer not to submit a recorded video response, you may contact us to discuss whether an alternative method of completing this step is available.

Depending on your location, you may also have certain rights regarding your personal data, which may include the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your recorded interview. We will respond to requests in a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable laws.

Confidentiality & Appropriate Use

Please do not include sensitive personal information in your responses that is unrelated to your qualifications (for example, personal financial information, health information, or other sensitive identifiers). Our review is focused on your professional experience and job-related skills.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect candidate information and limit access to recorded interviews to authorized personnel. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to reduce risk and prevent unauthorized access.
